Preclass information

GetMeRenewed.com maintains a record of all credits accumulated by students. Course data are stored in our highly secure cloud-based servers. No credit card information is stored on our servers. Students have access to class material for up to their state’s license renewal cycle. Example: If a student’s state is in a 2-year renewal cycle then access will be 2 years. Students found to have engaged in misrepresentation of their identity will be promptly reported to their state’s licensing authority. Only the individual whose license number is listed on the certificate is allowed to access the content on our platform. GetMeRenewed will offer refunds to students up to 7 days after their registration date. Refunds will only be issued if a student did not complete a topic. How come I can't fast forward?

What does the color code for the videos mean?

Green means that you have finished viewing that particular lecture. Orange means that you have previously viewed but you have not completed that lecture. Pink means that the lecture has not been viewed. When all buttons are green means that you have completed the lecture.

I forgot my username and password. What do I do?

No worries. Our platform allows you to reset your password. Just go to your state's sign-in page (app.getmerenewed.com) and then click on "Forgot Password", enter your email and our platform will email you a password reset link.

My webpage became non-responsive while in the middle of a slide, how can it be fixed?

It could have happened because your computer was using a lot of resources because of multiple applications running at the same time. If you notice a lag in your computer's response time, you should close some applications. To fix a frozen/unresponsive browser, just terminate the browse by closing it (X out!).

How do I access course materials?

Just go to https://app.getmerenewed.com/ and click on Member Login to select your state. Then enter your email and password. Our platform remembers the lecture you last viewed and you can continue from there. You do not have to worry about it not remembering which lecture you last viewed. Our platform saves everything automatically.
